At Techweise, customer satisfaction and quality come first. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer a two-year warranty on all our products. Below you will find the conditions and steps you can follow to make use of our warranty.

Warranty period

All our products come with a standard two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This means that during this period you can count on repair or replacement of your product if something goes wrong.

I have a defective product, what now?

A defective product is super annoying, that's why we do our utmost to support you!

Within the warranty period it is possible to report the defective machine via our website. You can do this by emailing support@techweise.com. It is important that you provide us with as much information as possible. We would like to receive information, photos and videos of the problem. This way we can help you immediately. Always include your invoice or order number. This is your warranty certificate.

We then check whether the item meets our warranty conditions. These are the following:

  • Good care: The warranty only applies if the product has been used as intended and has been properly maintained. Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered by the warranty.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and damage due to modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons are not covered by the warranty.

Is the defect covered by the warranty? We will then refund the purchase amount within seven days.

A part has broken off

If a part is broken off, this is not a non-conformity of the product and is therefore not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We would still like to think along with you. For example, you can receive a replacement part if we believe it is not a quality problem. Isn't it a production error? Then the costs are yours.
